The MedHub model

Three pillars, one hub

NeoMedica is more than staffing. MedHub brings clinical care, technology, and operations together so Puerto Rico can deliver world-class remote care to the U.S. — and build a lasting health industry at home.

Medical Services

Bilingual Puerto Rico clinicians deliver Remote Patient Monitoring and Chronic Care Management for U.S. patients — continuous, technology-enabled care for chronic conditions.

Technology Development

The MedHub platform powers it all — AI-enabled monitoring, centralized recruitment, and Medicare-compliant infrastructure built for remote care at scale.

RPM Execution

We run programs end to end — recruiting, credentialing, monitoring, and documentation against CPT 99453–99458 — so reimbursement is clean and defensible.

The NeoMedica advantage

Why providers staff RPM with Puerto Rico

Time-zone aligned

Puerto Rico aligns with U.S. East Coast business hours — seamless, real-time communication and patient care, with none of the lag of overseas outsourcing.

Natively bilingual

Every nurse serves English- and Spanish-speaking patients fluently — expanding access and improving adherence for your Hispanic populations.

U.S. soil, U.S. rules

Puerto Rico is a U.S. territory. Nurses hold U.S. licenses and operate under U.S. labor and privacy law — none of the risk of offshore outsourcing.

Employer of Record

We carry employment, payroll, and benefits. You get nursing capacity as a clean monthly operating expense — no headcount, no W-2 burden.

Credentialing handled

Licensure, background, OIG/SAM, and NPDB checks are complete before a nurse touches your program. Documentation ready for audit.

Clean RPM billing

Nurses document against CPT 99453, 99454, 99457, and 99458 — structured for compliant, defensible Medicare reimbursement.

The economics

Capacity that pays for itself

RPM reimbursement only works when someone is consistently monitoring patients and documenting time. In-house hiring is slow and expensive; offshore is risky. NeoMedica gives you dedicated, U.S.-licensed nurses as a predictable monthly fee — so your program scales with your patient panel, not your HR budget.

  • Predictable per-nurse, per-month pricing
  • No recruiting, benefits, or termination costs
  • Scale up or down as your panel changes
Let's scope it together

See how many nurses your program needs

A 20-minute consultation is enough to map your patient panel to a staffing plan.

About NeoMedica

Puerto Rico has the talent. America needs the care.

NeoMedica was founded on a simple observation: Puerto Rico produces exceptional, bilingual, U.S.-licensed nurses — and the U.S. mainland has a deep and growing shortage of clinical capacity for Remote Patient Monitoring. We connect the two.

Our mission

Keep nursing talent on the island — and put it to work

For years, Puerto Rico's best nurses have faced a hard choice: leave the island for mainland opportunity, or stay and accept fewer options. That migration drains the local healthcare system and fractures families.

NeoMedica changes the equation. By bringing U.S. provider work to nurses where they live, we keep talent rooted in Puerto Rico while opening careers that previously required relocation — and we give U.S. providers a credentialed, compliant, bilingual workforce in the process.
