Any dispute arising solely from use of the Site that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in San Juan, Puerto Rico, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
This provision does not replace any dispute-resolution provision contained in a separate agreement with NeoMedica.

El envío de una solicitud no garantiza una entrevista, empleo, colocación, contratación ni ningún otro resultado. NeoMedica puede verificar la información y las credenciales profesionales enviadas por los solicitantes y puede requerir información adicional como parte de su proceso de reclutamiento e incorporación.
Nada en el Sitio constituye una oferta o promesa de empleo. Cualquier relación de empleo o de contratista se regirá por el acuerdo escrito aplicable y las políticas de NeoMedica.
4. Organizaciones de Salud y Consultas Comerciales

No envíe registros médicos de pacientes, Información de Salud Protegida (“PHI”) u otra información de salud específica de un paciente a través de los formularios generales del Sitio, a menos que NeoMedica proporcione expresamente una función segura diseñada para ese fin.
Si está experimentando una emergencia médica, comuníquese con el 911 o con un proveedor de atención médica apropiado.
El manejo de PHI por parte de NeoMedica en relación con sus servicios de salud es independiente de este Sitio y se rige por la ley aplicable y los acuerdos aplicables con los proveedores de atención médica.

Our role
NeoMedica provides clinical staffing and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) support to U.S. healthcare providers.
